Getting Here and Parking

Street Address

4 Steenberg Rd, Tokai, Cape Town, 7945

Norval Foundation is an independent museum and registered non-profit organisation. As such, we receive no government grants or subsidies to aid our financial sustainability.

Car parking charges contribute significantly, not only to the running costs of Norval Foundation, but also to the preservation of art and culture in South Africa.

Our car parking system was partially sponsored by SKIDATA. In order to make parking easier and more eco-friendly, the system uses automatic number plate recognition when you drive in, which means you do not need to pay using a ticket. Instead, you make payment by using  your car’s number plate as a reference.

Parking is free for the first 30 minutes | 30 minutes – 1.5 hours –  R10 | 1.5 hours –  5.5 – R20 |  5.5 – 7 hours – R50  | 6+ hours – R120

Taxis and Ubers are available to and from the Norval Foundation.
