Private Guided Tours
Enjoy a personalised experience of Norval Foundation’s world-class exhibitions through a private guided tour, led by one of our knowledgeable in-house guides.
Each tour lasts approximately 45–60 minutes and offers a deeper understanding of the artworks, artists, and curatorial narratives currently on display. Whether you’re visiting with friends, colleagues, or clients, our private tours provide a unique and engaging way to explore the museum.
Private Guided Tour Fee: R3500 for a group of up to 10 adults. Includes general admission.

Please note:
– External tour guides are not permitted to lead their own tours at Norval Foundation.
– Tours cancelled within 24 hours of the booking are unfortunately non-refundable.

Guided High School & Tertiary StudentTours
Interested in bringing your class for an educational tour of the museum? Booking is essential.
Experience the world of modern and contemporary African art through guided tours designed for Grades 8–12 and tertiary students. Led by curators and trained educators, each visit includes:
– Guided museum tours of current exhibitions
– Interactive discussions
– Self-led tour of the Sculpture Garden
– Art activity facilitated by the school or institution’s educator

Introduce your students to the world of African modern and contemporary art through an inspiring, educational visit to Norval Foundation. Our tours aim to spark creativity and build problem-solving skills in young minds.
