TOUR INFORMATION

Private Guided Tours

Norval Foundation offers private tours which provide a personalised experience of the Museum and our exhibitions. Private tours are typically 45-60 minutes long depending on the group and tour guide. Please book for your group of up to 10 adults here.

Curator-Led Tour: R3500 per group (Including Daily Admission)

The private tour option indicate the cost of a group of 10 adults or less.

Please make all enquiries for groups larger than 10 adults via email to info@norvalfoundation.org for a quote.

TOURS CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING ARE UNFORTUNATELY NOT REFUNDABLE.

Please note that we do not allow external tour guides to lead their own art tours of the museum.

Learning Centre School & NGO Tours

As part of its mission to support and broaden art education, Norval Foundation welcomes and assists school groups and tours.

Guided School Tours

Interested in bringing your class for an educational tour or walkabout of the museum? Booking is essential.

We offer a comprehensive guided tour of the exhibitions in the museum and the sculpture garden.

Tours are conducted by our facilitators and have a duration of +- 2 ½ hours and includes an art making activity. 

 Fee for children (18 and under) – R60. This applies to all school going children (18 and under) if accompanied by a teacher. If you would like a copy of our Making Art History book along with the educational tour, this is available for R150 per learner.

 Fee for Teachers accompanying their groups – FREE. Please note that teachers are only granted free entry whilst accompanying a school group. 

Non-teaching staff who accompany the groups would require a day pass.
